General

Causes an additional console acknowledgement response ("console Ack") to be required. When an emergency alarm has been sent (see the Emergency Operation field), the radio always requires an acknowledgement from the Fixed Network Equipment (FNE); this feature requires an additional Ack to be required from the dispatch application.
